Georgios Paraskevas is a graduate of the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (France) where he received a law degree in international law. He obtained a master’s degree at Université de Genève (Switzerland) on commercial law.
After completing his studies, he worked as a legal advisor to the United Nations (UN), in particular at the UNITAR in Geneva, as well as a legal advisor to the French division of Microsoft in the United Kingdom.
Attorney at the Supreme Civil and Criminal Court of Greece (Άρειος Πάγος) he is specialized in the field of commercial law, successfully undertaking a large number of cases involving banking and commercial law. In addition, he has extensive experience assisting clients on tax law cases by undertaking these proceedings both before the Administrative Authorities and the Criminal Bodies. Moreover, he has taught French legal terminology courses at the Thessaloniki Bar Association for three years (2010-2012).
He is a legal advisor as several companies like "Georgika Michanimata Pythagoras S.A.", "Alexandros Publications Ltd" and the weekly newspaper "Karfitsa" in Thessaloniki.
He is fluent in Greek, English, and French.
